Detox Foot Soak

Foot soaks have long been used in traditional Chinese medicine.  To bring relaxation, realignment, and draw toxins out of the body through sweat glands in the feet. Soaking the feet can be done anytime, however here are some tips to consider.

Soaking the feet at night aids in strengthening the kidneys and relaxes the body for a better night’s sleep. Whereas soaking your feet in the morning gives you energy and adjusts the nervous system and regulates the endocrine system.

  Detox Foot Soak

 
    Ingredients:
    3/4 Cup Epsom Salt
    1/4 Cup Sea Salt
    1/4 Cup baking Soda
    15 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
    5 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil
    5 Drops Spearmint Essential Oil


Mix all the ingredients then add to a foot basin. Slowly pour in warm water, and stir. Allow to soak for up to 30 min, then rinse and dry feet.
